Step-by-Step: How to Download Your Certificate

Step 1 - Go to the Portal

Open your browser and go to:

You can use your phone or computer. The portal works on both.

Step 2 - Create an Account (First Time Only)

If you have never used the portal before, you need to register first.

1. Click Sign Up or Register
2. Select Applicant (Student/Alumni) as your account type

4. Click Send OTP

Step 6 - Pay the Fee

Once both checks pass, you are taken to the payment page via eCitizen.

• Fee: Ksh 1,200 + 16% VAT + eCitizen service charge

• Payment options: M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard, bank card

To pay with M-Pesa:

1. Select M-Pesa on the eCitizen payment page
